It's the most wonderful time of the year...

It's almost time to re-apply for my Visa... but the time of the year I was referring to as the most wonderful is, of course, autumn. And Autumn in Toronto is well underway and I am finding the time to enjoy all of the wonderful things that come with it.

Sadly, the Boston Red Sox were defeated by the Tampa Bay Rays last night and therefore their season is over. I am not a big enough baseball fan to watch Tampa and Philadelphia compete for the World Series trophy, but I am sure to catch a moment or two of the series. In the meantime, the rest of the world is out there to enjoy.

Here are some wonderful things coming up in the next two weeks:

Tuesday - new haircut at Aveda (to undo the wicked 1996 era haircut I got on Friday)
Wednesday - dinner with Robbie
Friday - Banana Republic and Gap outlet stores open at Vaughan Mills
Friday - girls night out with Emily, Kate and Anna (our first post-baby girls night)
Tuesday - Leafs game at the ACC
Thursday - Em's birthday
Friday - Halloween
Saturday - Em's birthday night out

I'm also hoping to go apple picking and to paint my bedroom one of these two colours:

Things are going fairly well right now... after a bit of a meltdown last week I realised nothing is worth feeling that lousy over, and I'm moving forward.

Since I am not working at the moment I am finding time to spend with my new friend Shaun T and his hip hop abs. We've had two dates so far and though there's not all that much room in my house for our escapades, I do the best I can with the space I've got. So far my flip flop abs are keeping up with him, but I do NOT look or feel like I'm dancing.

I'm glad you have SO much to look forward to this week! And any chance we can get a before/after/double-after photo? :)
