Day five got me to the gym. Only a short visit (with Kathryn) but a visit nonetheless. And I ran on the tredmill for four minutes straight, so I was pleased with that. Little by little right?
I had my one day of soda and in that one day I had less than one of those tiny coke zero cans, so not too shabby with the soda limiting at all.
OH, my visa has seen some progress. A decision has been made and it is in the mail. I should receive it by next Wednesday I should think - but something about the email makes me think that it's been refused.... but, the positive spirit inside of me is telling me that I have been approved and the emails just don't tell you either way anymore. FINGERS CROSSED, again and again.
I told Kathryn today that if I don't get it I will go to the gym every day. She said that was punishment and I agreed, but told her that something good had to come out of this whole ordeal.
And it should be noted that when I say I will go to the gym every day I mostly mean I will workout every day. NO WAY IN HELL am I going t that gym every day, ever. There are many other ways to keep fit.
The end for now.
