Everything turned out really well. I guess it's not that hard to cook Thanksgiving/Christmas dinner after all... though I didn't really choose anything that was overly complicated to make. The turkey was the only thing I was anxious about and it turned out great. Next time, perhaps I'll set my sights a little higher (and will be sure to let someone else clean out the bird before I cook it).
But yum-o-yum. Leftovers galore!
